Kathmandu : The high
level Chinese journalists delegation of All China Journalists
Association led by Mr. Zhou Xiting left Kathmandu for home
after completing successful visit in Nepal. During their stay in
Kathmandu, they had the opportunity to meet the Vice President
Hon'ble. Mr. Parmananda Jha and Speaker of the Constituent
Assembly Hon'ble Mr. Subash Chandra Newang.
Likewise, the Chinese
journalists delegation also had the opportunity to meet the
united CPN Maoist Chief Hon'ble Mr. Pushpa Kamal Dahal "Prachanda"
at his Residence. During the meeting, former Deputy Prime
Minister and Home Minister Hon'ble Mr. Krishna Bahadur Mahara
was also present.
In honour of them,
CC, CPN (ML) General Secretary and Member of CA Hon'ble Mr. C.P.
Mainali hosted a grand Reception which was followed by a Dinner.
Chairman of
Nepal-China Friendship Association and Nepal Workers and Peasant
Party Hon'ble Mr. Narayan Man Bijukchey also hosted a grand
Reception at Bhaktapur which was followed by a Luch at Hotel
Heritage, Bhaktapur.

Sociaty also arranged a Talk programe at the Hall of Khopa
Engineering College. At the programe, NWPP Chied Mr. Rohit,
International Dept. Chief of NWPP Mr. Prem Suwal and leaders of
NWPP highlighted on Nepal China friendly relations.
H.E. Chinese Ambassador
Mr. Yang Houlan also hosted a dinner in honour of them at Hong
Xiang Chinese Restaurant, New Baneshwor.
In honour of them,
President of Nepal Journalists Association Mr. Manju Ratna
Sakya also hosted a grand Reception at Hotel Shangrila which was
followed by a Lunch.
The Chinese
delegation visited NTV Station and Kantipur Publishing House
also.
The delegation also
visited Manakamana Temple and Bharatpur also. They also visited
Dhulikhel. During their stay in Dhulikhel at Mirabel Hotel
Resort, the Former Deputy Mayor of Dhulikhel Minicipality Mr.
Subash Kaji Shrestha and Chirman of Nepal Environment and
Tourism Initiave Foundation (NETIF) Mr. Arun Shrestha briefed
about the Dhulikhel Tourism development. The delegation was very
happy to know and see the progress made by NETIF under the able
guidance of Mr. Subash Kaji Shrestha and Mr. Arun Shrestha.
The delegation
visited Patan Durbar Palace, Hanuman Dhoka Palace. Bhaktapur
Palace and museums and paid respect to Living Goddes KUMARI
also.
They visited NJA
Office in Kalimati and met with the Senior journalists, Editors
and Publishers also.
During their visit to
Nepal, they were accompanied by NJA Chief Mr. Sakya. NJA
Treasurer Mr. Prakash Maskey, NJA Secretary Mr. Mohan Bir Thapa,
Senior journalist and Chief Editor of Rahashya Weekly Murari
Prasad Gautam, Senior journalists and Active member of NJA
Phanindra Raj Panta and Chief Representative of ARPAN Weekly and
Active member of NJA Mr. Pushpa Ratna Dangol.
